Cowboy Cornbread Casserole Brown meat , DRAIN. Add taco seasoning, can of corn( DRAINED), can of pinto beans ( NO DRAIN), can of Rotel, ( No drain). Gently stir. Let simmer for about 5 minutes. Prepare a 9 ×13 pan then pour cornbread mixture in the pan and mix all together until evenly combined. Cover with foil. Bake 425° for 45 minutes or until clean toothpick. Enjoy.
