Urby Staten Island, on the borough’s North Shore, features 900 units, a mix of retail, and a communal kitchen supplied by an on-site farm.

Room partitions are ideal for separating out quiet areas for study or meetings, easily providing privacy as well as helping to control noise pollution. Introducing a strong palette of materials, combined with a high level of finish, they can give striking results and add to the overall aesthetics of a room.
