These spring rolls are so easy and even more delicious. Start with the chicken. Slice up a couple of breasts and put them into a bowl. Add some freshly minced garlic, some vegetable oil, soy sauce and toasted sesame oil. Toss to coat, cover and refrigerate for about 30 minutes. Prepare rice noodles and veggies, sear the chicken and wrap it all up!
