Banchan are veggie sides served with Korean food. Seasoned Mung Beans, Kimchi, and Diakon Radish & Carrot salad are just a few. Serve this with my Korean Beef Bulgogi. This salad is a yummy sweet and sour crunchy addition to the Bulgogi. It is a must have for me. Cook time is standing time.

Dubu Jorim is a spicy braised Tofu from Korea. It is a part of the Banchan or the side-dishes served in any Korean meal and is eaten with rice. I found that you can enjoy this by itself as a snack as well. 

A completely Vegan dish, Dubu Jorim is a great way to include to some healthy protein in your meals. You can also substitute Paneer or Indian Cottage Cheese for Tofu.

All you need to make this dish is some tofu, onions, scallions or spring onions, chilli powder, and soy sauce.
