Burn letter

There is so much weight and heaviness we carry with us on a daily basis — the weight of past relationships, betrayals, and pain inflicted by others. The process of letting it all go, moving forward, and healing old wounds isn't an easy one, but it is available to us all through letter writing — and burning.

Write down your fears and then burn them. Visualize the actual worry and fear burning away as you do each one.

The veil is thinning and spirits are visiting.

21. Utilize ‘The Burning Method.’ Whenever a fear or worry or complaint comes to mind, close your eyes and imagine writing down the thought on a piece of paper. Then proceed to light the paper and fire and watch it disintegrate. Even better, actually write it down and burn it. You won’t have any problem ridding your mind of the thought after doing this.
