Coach Abbie Dwiggins on Instagram: "Back Handsprings ✨ Whenever I see an athlete with a squishy Back Handspring my FAVORITE thing to do is immediately take them back to basic Handstands and remind them what the middle of the Back Handspring should feel like! Although Aubrey’s Back Handspring still needs some improvements on form, this Back Handspring attempt was far better than her first one with me! On this attempt her arms were a lot stronger and she has a lot more confidence!
