8 minute ab workout

Target your lower tummy, the “pooch” area. You will be moving non-stop for eight minutes. This will burn. Continue to breathe throughout all of them moves. If you are feeling feisty, go through the moves a total of two times. Get in a cardio routine too.  This is the toughest area to tone, as it has more to do with what you are eating.
