Recette Simple et Rapide : Un pain sans farine et sans gluten, avec des lentilles corail
La recette 👇 Ingrédients : 500 g de lentilles corail 20 cl d'eau tiède 10 g de levure de boulanger fraîche ou 6 g de levure boulangère sèche 2 c.à.c. de sel 5 cl d'huile d'olive 50 g de mélange de graines Préparation : La veille, faites tremper les lentilles corail dans un grand volume d’eau. Le lendemain, rincez les lentilles et mettez-les dans un blender avec la levure boulangère, l’huile d’olive, le sel et l’eau tiède. Mixez l’ensemble jusqu’à obtenir une texture homogène et épaisse. Versez la pâte dans un moule à cake que vous avez préalablement chemisé avec du papier sulfurisé. Saupoudrez la pâte avec le mix de graines et laissez lever pendant 30 minutes. Mettez à cuire pendant 45 minutes dans un four préchauffé à 180°C. Démoulez le pain et laissez-le refroidir sur une grille.
