Paleo Waffles made with oat flour and coconut milk 1/3 cup egg whites, 1 Tbsp coconut cream in 2 cups H2O, 1 Tbsp olive oil, 1 tsp vanilla, 2 cups oats made into flour, 1 pack stevia, pinch sea salt, 1 tsp baking soda, 1 Tbsp bk pd, 1 tsp cornstarch. Whip eggs til stiff. Put all dry ingredients together, stir the liguids into them, then fold egg whites in. I used 1 cup for each waffle in my hamilton beach belgium waffle iron. 5 mins. Recipe makes 6 at 153 calories each
