Honey Soy Chicken 1 1/2-2 pounds chicken 3 tbsp. vegetable oil 3 tbsp. low sodium soy sauce 1 tsp. sesame oil 5 tbsp. honey 4 cloves of garlic, minced 1/2 tsp. ground ginger 1/2 tsp. ground black pepper Preheat oven to 425. Line 8×8" pan w/2 layers of tin foil. Mix vegetable oil, soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, garlic, ground ginger, & pepper. Place chicken in pan. Pour mixture on top. Bake 40 min. Cover w/foil if needed to prevent overbrowning tops. Serve w/rice & steamed veggies.
