Fig and Walnut Log ~ Recipe: 5 dried Figs, 5 seedless Dates, 1 c Walnuts, 1/2 c Pistachios, 1/2 c Cacao Powder, 1 tsp Cinnamon. In a food processor blitz together all the ingredients. Place the mixt onto some grease proof paper then roll into a log about 5cm thick. Twist the ends then put in the fridge to harden a little. Slice into 2cm thick pieces and place on platter.
