These dressed-up Hasselback chicken breasts are stuffed with sun-dried tomato pesto, mushrooms, salami and mozzarella — and you'll have them in the oven within just 15 minutes!
This recipe for Bacon Hasselback chicken is another delicious version of Hasselback chicken that we make. This is Ken's favorite version. I know it is because he loves bacon. He truly believes that bacon always makes everything taste better. We usually use cheddar cheese or a mozzarella cheddar blend but you can use any cheese you want. We also don't always include diced onions, mushrooms and butter but it is worth trying at least once! Delicious either way!
