Ingredients- 🥭1/2 cup + 2tbsp milk 🥭1/4 cup mango cubes/ 2+1/2tbsp mango puree 🥭1/2 tbsp sugar 🥭1 tbsp custard powder For sugar layer 🥭1 tbsp sugar Method: 1. Blend the mango cubes in a blender to form mango puree 2. Combine milk, sugar, mango puree and custard powder in a saucepan set over medium heat and whisk continuously so no lumps form. Continue cooking the custard and remove from heat once its nice and thick and coats the back of the spoon. 3. Pour the custard into a ramekin and let it chill in the refrigerator for atleast 5-6 hours or until the pudding sets completely 4. Once the custard is set, de-mould it carefully on a plate and sprinkle the sugar on top. Blow torch it until it forms a glass layer. 5. Crack the top with the spoon and enjoy
