You make dozens of daily decisions on how you're going to behave... What to eat, if you’re going to exercise, how you treat yourself, how you react to others, etc. Each of these seems small, but together, they add up to how healthy your lifestyle will be. Change and weight loss are hard. Try to change your focus on getting consistent with your actions vs. the outcomes (i.e. scale, inches, etc). It will make your journey a lot easier. Think positive!
