Yogurt Cheesecake: Attack phase, without the jam. All ingredients must be room temperature: 8-oz fat free cheese, 16-oz fat free greek yogurt, 1 cup splenda, 4 large eggs, 1tbsp vanilla extract, pinch salt. Preheat oven to 350F. In a food processor, blend everything together until very smooth. Pour into a silicone mold pan. Bake for about 50 min until the cake is set and jiggles only slightly when gently tapped.
