Giada's Limoncello recipe is the perfect after-dinner drink for your guests. Ingredients: ∙ Makes 7 cups Produce 10 Lemons Baking & Spices 2 cups Sugar Beer, Wine & Liquor 1 bottle Vodka Liquids 3 cups Water

Limoncello  6  citrons non traités 100ml eau 250g sucre 70cl de bonne vodka prélever les zestes des citrons. Presser les citrons.  Faire bouillir 100ml d'eau, les zestes et le sucre. Remuer jusqu'à ce que le sucre soit dissout. laisser mijoter 15min. Ajouter le jus de citron cuire 5min. Retirer du feu  Laisser refroidir.  Verser la vodka et le sirop dans un bocal d'1l. Fermer  bien remuer.  à l'abri de la lumière pendant une semaine. Remuer une fois par jour   Filtrer mettre en bouteille.

La ricetta è quella originale di Amalfi:4 limoni a buccia grossa-1/2 lt di alcool alimentare-1/2 lt acqua-400 gr zucchero.mettere le scorze in un barattolo con l’alcool, chiudete e mettetelo a riposare al buio per 12 giorni. Trascorso il tempo previsto fare uno sciroppo facendo bollire 1/2 lt d’acqua con lo zucchero, lasciarlo intiepidire,poi unirlo all’alcool che avrete filtrato per eliminare le scorze. Travasate il liquore così ottenuto in bottiglia e servite freddo.
