Les Mills Pump is My new fav home workout program!  I've lost an inch on my hips in just 1 month!

My current fitness journey, just finished BodyPUMP. Love this workout! It's based on the in gym fitness class BODYPUMP.

I do Les Mills Pump about 3 times a week right now. I will add in the step workout when we are done with Jillian. Right now, It gives me more lean muscle to help burn more fat. Keep the weights low, and the reps high.
