PALEO SESAME BEEF AND BROCCOLI. 1 lb flank steak  2 tsp coconut aminos  1/2 cup vegetable broth  2 tbsp dark sesame oil  2 cloves minced garlic  2 tbsp lemon juice  12 tsp red pepper flakes  2 cups broccoli florets  2 cups carrots, julianned  1 green onion, thinly sliced  1 tbsp sesame seeds

2 lbs ground beef; 2 lbs chorizo; 2 large green peppers, chopped; 2 large onions, chopped; 1 8oz. can tomato sauce; 1 15oz. can diced tomatoes, juice and all; 1 Tbsp. tomato paste mixed in ½ cup of water; 2 tsp. paprika; 1 tsp. crushed red hot pepper flakes; 1 tsp. Cayenne pepper; 2 tsp. salt; 1 tsp black pepper   Directions: Brown ground beef and drain to remove grease. Add beef and all other ingredients to crockpot, mix well. Cook on high for 4 hrs., stirring occasionally.
