This is a one-sided fill-in-the-blank notes page on the discriminant. The student begins by graphing on their calculator and then sketching a graph of 3 different quadratic equations and noting how many real solutions each has. Then they write down a few notes about the discriminant and how many solutions are possible when solving a quadratic equation.

My Algebra students loved this Quadratic Equation activity. It was the perfect way for my students to get some practice solving quadratic equations. I will love doing Algebra activities like this instead of regular Algebra worksheets.
