Time management often can be a challenge for the female with #ADHD. Women and girls confess they miss deadlines and appointments because they do what they feel like doing rather than what they need to do. Remember that we cannot manage time; it is an abstract. Instead, we manage ourselves, and depending on memory is often not successful for the female with ADHD. A daily planner or other strategies help the female with ADHD structure her day. This is an every hour moment for me, I friggen lose everything cause my head keeps forgetting it. So glad I still have my job, sometimes I worry cause I forget stuff all the time, even the smallest simplest thing. It's so frustrating.
What will I do tomorrow? I wonder if I offended someone today? How am I really as a person? Am I as bad as people seem to think I am? What project can I start? How is my life going? Am I reaching my goals? What will the weather be like tomorrow? Is there anything I can do to better my life? Am I praying enough?
