30min · 6 servings Der beste Schokoladekuchen der Welt und er besteht aus nur 2 Zutaten! In diesem Video zeige ich dir wie einfach es sein kann, gesund zu backen ohne dabei stundenlang in der Küche zu stehen. Wir brauchen dafür lediglich • 500g gekochte Süßkartoffel • 200g Zartbitterschokolade (90%) • 1/2 TL Salz So gehts: • Süßkartoffel schälen, anschließend weich kochen. • Die Schokolade schmelzen. Entweder im Wasserbad oder vorsichtig in der Mikrowelle (90 Sekunden bei 750 Watt reichen aus) • Anschließend beides in den Mixer geben und mit einer Prise Salz zu einer cremige Masse pürieren. • Den Teig in eine 22cm Springform geben und im Kühlschrank hart werden lassen. • Nach 2-3 Stunden ist der Kuchen komplett fest.
