Prepare for takeoff! @jfdesfosses is flipping the script on the classic Aviation cocktail, infusing it with sparkling wine and a hint of absinthe 💜 RECIPE: In a shaker, add 1½ oz Empress 1908 Indigo Gin, ¾ oz Fresh Lemon Juice, ½ oz of Maraschino, ¼ oz Crème De Violette, and ¼ oz Simple Syrup. Add ice and shake. In a chilled coupe glass, spray some absinthe to coat the inside of the glass. Fine strain the cocktail into the coupe, and top with the sparkling wine. Garnish with a cocktail cherry!
