"The Huron Carol (Jesous Ahatonhia)" performed by Heather Dale - This is a genuine Canadian homegrown Christmas carol, first composed by French Jesuit priests ministering to the Huron (First Nations) people in the 17th century. My favourite thing about this particular arrangement is that Heather Dale, herself a Canadian Celtic singer, sings Huron, French, and English versions of the lyrics - a great way to develop an appreciation for Canada's rich cultural history.
