Authentic Indian Chicken Madras Curry Used chopped chicken thighs, all da spices and stuff. Added lemon juice bc cocunut milk made the curry kinda sweet. I messed up and added tomatoes to the spices before the chicken, so the spices didn't really integrate into the chicken :( Next time I'll do it right to see if it adds to the taste. Otherwise, very easy recipe!
