This pull day is actually pretty identical to my own though I actually add about 5-10 minutes of some front lever skill work before all of this (not shown in the pic). As always, I start with the heaviest, most taxing lifts in the lowest rep ranges at the beginning, then gradually go to moderate rep ranges until I hit my finisher (pull-ups in this case). I like to finish my workouts with fundamental bodyweight movements. As always, I finish with some core and I'm done for the day. Pull Up Workout, Full Body Workout Routine
