Sunshine Cooking on Instagram: "In Italy, we don’t just make tiramisu.. we pass it down like a love story. My mom taught me this creamy, dreamy tiramisu when I was a kid. And every year on her birthday, I make it for her with real espresso, soft ladyfingers, velvety mascarpone, and a shower of dark chocolate. No shortcuts, no whipped cream, just the authentic Italian dessert that lives in every family memory. This is the kind of tiramisu that doesn’t just taste good.. it feels like home. It’s the perfect balance of bitter espresso and sweet, silky mascarpone. A dessert you make when candles and gifts aren’t enough.. when you want to say “I love you” the Italian way. Ingredients: • 500 g (1.1 lb) mascarpone cheese • 4 fresh eggs • 4 tbsp sugar • dark chocolate (grated) • espresso coffee (a

Here’s how to make them with only 3 ingredients: INGREDIENTS 10 medjool dates, pitted and soaked 1 cup toasted coconut flakes melted dark chocolate — Pit your dates and soak them in warm water for a couple minutes to soften. Blend the dates in a food processor (Add a little water if needed and scape down the sides until the mixture is smooth) — Stir in the toasted coconut. — Roll the mixture into balls and place them on a lined baking sheet.
