ROLL OUTS. Roll it all the way out, and then take it to some mini plank rolls. YOU WILL FEEL THIS! It does NOT take a lot. Work towards a minute and gradually up to TWO minutes. No ball? Do this with your hands on the floor- walk them all the way out - reach - and then back in. ARE YOU IN?
