Crazy Easy Chicken Lo Mein Recipe
Ingredients: 1 lb chicken breast, thinly sliced 8 oz lo mein noodles 2 cups mixed vegetables (carrots, bell peppers, snap peas) 3 tbsp soy sauce 1 tbsp oyster sauce 1 tbsp hoisin sauce 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 tsp ginger, grated 2 tbsp vegetable oil Green onions and sesame seeds for garnish Instructions: Cook lo mein noodles according to package directions and set aside. Heat oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook until browned. Stir in garlic and ginger, followed by vegetables. Sauté for 3-4 minutes. Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, and hoisin sauce, then toss in noodles. Mix until everything is well combined. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving. Ingredients: 1 1/4 lbs boneless skinless chicken breast or thighs (cut into bite-size pieces) 2-3 tbsp vegetable oil 1 medium onion, finely chopped 2 large carrots, peeled and finely chopped 3/4 cup frozen peas 2 cloves garlic, minced 3 large eggs 2 tbsp butter 4 cups long grain white rice, cooked and chilled 3-5 tbsp soy sauce 1/2 tsp sesame oil 2 green onions, chopped Salt and pepper, to taste Instructions: Cook Chicken: Heat 1 tbsp oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
