Probiert es aus, es ist perfekt für den Muttertag. 💕 Für ein 18 cm Törtchen braucht ihr: Für den Biskuit: • 3 Eier • 75 g feiner Zucker • 0.75 Prise Salz • 75 g Mehl • 30 g Speisestärke • 0.75 TL Backpulver • 1TL Vanillepaste Für die Füllung: • 300 g Erdbeeren • 150 g Mascarpone • 200 g Magerquark • 3 TL San-apart • 70 g Zucker • 5 EL Milch • 1 Pck. Vanillezucker • 1 EL Saft einer Zitrone • 150 ml Sahne • 50 ml kalter Espresso + 2 EL Weinbrand zum Tränken Für die Deko: • ca. 200 g Löffelbiskuits • 200 g weiße Kuvertüre + rosa Schokoladenfarbe • 1 TL Kokosöl • ca. 200 g Erdbeeren So geht’s: • Backofen auf 180 Grad

Filter and Transfer into a pan. 3. Add Butter. Mix and cook on low heat until soft dough is formed. 4. (Use hand gloves to ease this step) Knead the mochi until stretchy. 5.
