Low serotonin level. 4. After dinner, walk/exercise to relax. 5. Drink a 1/2 of chamomile herb tea . 6. Don't drink/eat anything caffeine. 7. Adequate sunlight during the day. 8. Read until sleepy, don't watch TV. 9. No lights. 10. Develop a routine and stick to it. Time to bed, and wake up.
