Ruth's Chris Harvest Salad WHITE BALSAMIC VINAIGRETTE 3/4 cup extra virgin olive oil 1/4 cup white balsamic vinegar 1 tablespoon honey 1 tablespoon lemon juice salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste Combine the vinegar and lemon juice in a glass bowl. Slowly whisk in the oil until fully combined. Whisk in the honey. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Let stand at room temperature for 30 minutes to let the flavors meld. Give the dressing a good whisk immediately before serving.

Ruth's Chris Steak House - Wild Mushrooms Wild Mushrooms Roasted with garlic and fresh herbs then sauteed in veal demi-butter ($11). This would have been a great pairing with the steak… if the steak wasn't USDA Prime and drenched in clarified butter. As it was, I felt the steak was too rich to eat with the mushrooms (even though this was an excellent mushroom preparation).

garlic butter steak. I may try Ruth's Chris Steakhouse Garlic Butter also: 1 lb butter, 3/4 c grated Parmesan cheese, 1 tb ground chervil, 1 tb garlic powder. In a microwave on high power soften the butter but do not allow it to get runny, approximately 40 to 45 seconds. With a wire whip, combine the softened butter, Parmesan cheese, chervil and garlic powder. Blend thoroughly. Texture should be fairly stiff but not runny. Tbs to the steak just before serving.
