After being sorted by language and size, the books were moved to the Library at Trinity College, Cambridge. Work started on sorting the books by date of publication. Centuries spanned from the 16th to the 20th.

The first blog post featuring an item from the Crewe Collection appeared in July 2016. The arrival of the Collection at Trinity hadn't been officially announced yet, but the number of discoveries librarians were making inspired staff to write about them, and make them known beyond Trinity's walls.
