One of our favorite meals is Minute Instant Basmati Rice with dried fruit and almonds. I usually serve this meal with chicken kabobs. It is a family favorite and is so delicious and easy to make. I love @minutericeus because it is ready in five minutes and always comes out perfectly fragrant and fluffy. You can make Minute Instant Basmati Rice on the stove or in the microwave. For the stove just boil some water, add in the rice, stir, cover and remove from heat. Wait five minutes or until water is absorbed then fluff and serve. Minute Instant Basmati Rice has a nutty flavor and fluffy texture that my whole family enjoys. #MinuteRicePartner

Sausage Stuffing Cups
Let's make sausage stuffing cups. These are always a hit and they would be perfect for NYE. All you need is 1 egg, cream cheese, stuffing, water, butter, cranberry sauce, pastry sheets, and sausage. Cook stuffing and sausage, then mix the egg, cream cheese, cooked stuffing and sausage all together. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees, cut the pastry sheets and form into cups. Scoop the mix into the pastry sheets and cook for 15 minutes. Add a scoop of cranberry sauce on top and serve.
Salami Bites
Let's make salami bites! These are so easy to prepare. You will need to use large salami slices, marinated artichokes, marinated olives, roasted red bell peppers, mozzarella balls, fresh basil, and champagne vinaigrette dressing. Place a slice of salami in your muffin tin and bake at 375 degrees for about 10 minutes and then let them cool. In the meantime make the filling. Mix it all together and add a little of the filling into each salami cup. These would be so delicious to make for Christms Eve, Christmas or a NYE gathering.
