For the evening of Shavuot 🌾 Camembert cheese in tomato and garlic confit in the oven next to crispy bruschetta ummmmm... wow how delicious it is! So come on let's get started 👇 Ingredients : Camembert / brie cheese 15-20 cherry tomatoes 10 cloves of garlic olive oil (very generously) Thyme rosemary Salt pepper baguette preparation method : Make slits on the cheese and place in a pan with cherry tomatoes, cloves of garlic and baguette slices and generously sprinkle olive oil, salt, pepper, thyme leaves and a sprig of rosemary on top of everything. and put in an oven preheated to 170 degrees for 35 minutes until the tomatoes and garlic soften and take out. Nejlepší plněné cottage buchty ❤️ jednoduché, rychlé a hlavně krásně nadýchané 😍 Tyhle prostě musíš zkusit! 😍 Mám tu pro tebe recept 🙏 Potřebuješ: - 200g cottage sýra - 250g hladké mouky - vejce - 1 lžíce třtinového cukru - 20g másla - 50ml mléka polotučného - 15g droždí - špetka soli Postup: Nejdřív rozmixuj cottage dohladka, přidej horké mléko, třtinový cukr a droždí. Jakmile smícháš cottage s mlékem, ověř, že směs je vlažná (když bude studená, neaktivuje droždí). Nech působit. V míse smíchej zbytek. Poté přidej droždí. Nech nakynout hodinu. Poté vytvaruj (mně vyšlo 8) housky, rozplácni, náplň (dala jsem povidla) a zadělej. Nech nakynout dalších 30 minut. Potři vejcem, máslem, olejem.. To je na tobě. Peč na 180°C asi na 20-25min.
