This could be another activity for students to do the day of the eclipse lesson. It will give the students a chance to use different models to view the same idea.

Great idea for a take home kit. Students and parents can practice labeling the phases of the moon with the correct portrait of the moon. In my take home kit I will provide instructions that have the students time the parents first, then the parents time the students. That way it'll be a game for the whole family!
