pFriem Canadian Lager, brewed by pFriem in Hood River, OR, is an exceptional example of the BJCP Category 2A International Pale Lager as per the 2021 BJCP style guidelines. Canadian lagers have typically been distinctive when compared to their American cousins due to a brighter, crisper and cleaner character being delivered by the former, and this example follows those characteristics very well. This is a very enjoyable quaffable (perhaps crushable?) offering that really satisfies the thirst.
