My gingerbread nativity! I had so much fun making this. I drew out my design onto some card stock and "laminated" each piece with shipping tape. I then laid the pieces onto the rolled out dough and cut around them with a butter knife. Use blackstrap molasses to get the deep rich color. The "hay" is Shredded Wheat and the "windows" are made of cooked sugar. You can find recipes online for sugar stained glass.
