Baked Mozzarella Cheese Sticks Recipe: 1 package string cheese 1 cup panko 1 cup Italian bread crumbs 1 c. flour 2 eggs 2 tbsp milk 2 tbsp butter Marinara or Pizza sauce for dipping Cut string cheese in half. Mix equal parts panko and bread crumbs in a bowl. Beat eggs & milk w/fork. Roll each piece of cheese in flour. Then dip sticks in the egg mixture; coat with the bread crumb mixture. Freeze about 30 min. Place on baking sheet. Drizzle sticks w/melted butter. Bake: 400°F (8-10 min).
