YOGA TIPS FOR TOE TAPS & LSIT: This is not so much a sequence but more conditioning drills that will help your feet if the floor. The main thing is to first have open hamstrings. If a deep forward is not yet available to you, I suggest working on that first otherwise you will simply not have the accessibility in the body to toe tap or Lsit. I have a sequence on "YOGA SEQUENCE TO FORWARD FOLD" I suggest doing that as a warm up first just scroll down my feed & you'll find it - 1. BLOCK TAP…

YOGA SEQUENCE FOR A STRONG CORE: These moves are fairly simple but when done with precision they'll really make you feel the burn. This is great for those wanting to improve their arm balances and inversions or overall want to focus on stabilizing their center - 1. NAVASANA I personally love to hold navasana. I think reps are great but holding Navasana is a challenge in itself to try too. Focus in…

YOGA SEQUENCE TO CROW POSE: When it comes to arm balancing there are 3 factors to overcome; strength, flexibility & fear. 1. WIDE KNEE CHILDS POSE Creates extension to the spine, opens the hips, knees & shins too. Also very grounding, gotta be grounded before you wanna fly 2. MALASANA A lack of flexibility can make arm balancing difficult as it makes the arm balance just that much harder versus if the hips were open to begin with 3. DOWNWARD FACING DOG This whole body pose will prep your…
