Crunches are proven exercises for flattening the core, but there is a more effective workout when should be worked with a belly. The crunches only target a small part of your abs, so there is a need to include something else to engage your entire core.
Reclining Twist offers an opportunity to feel the power of wringing out the body from its core. It can improve breathing, ease back and neck tension, and soothe frazzled nerves. This is one of my favorite stretches!
