HIGH PROTEIN AVOCADO BREAD 🥑 Cre by @lindsay.keosayian You’ll need: 1 ripe avocado, peeled and pitted 142 grams organic whole milk cottage cheese (one 5oz container) 1 egg everything season (optional) 1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl. 2. Transfer the mixture by the spoonful to a parchment lined baking sheet. 3. Bake at 400F for 20 minutes. 4. Assemble as a sandwich or any way you see fit and enjoy!

Combine your chia seeds, milk, espresso shot, maple syrup, vanilla and 1 cup/ 230g yoghurt together. 2. Place into cups/ jars and leave to set for at least 2 hours, or overnight. 3. Once ready to eat, finish with the remaining yoghurt and cocoa powder. Enjoy!
