Don't know what to do with leftover bread? Bread Pudding. Made it last night. DELISH.    Old bread (I used a baguette), milk, sugar, eggs, and cinnamon. Bake for 45min at 350F. Done.     Delish for breakfast. My 18 month old loved it too.
