Natalia Rudin on Instagram: "Whats your crumble ratio preference? Peaches are SO good right now and this crumble is just in time for the weekend! Ingredients: For the fruit: 6-7 peaches, quartered 3 tbsp caster sugar 1 tbsp lightbrown sugar 1 tsp cinnamon 2 tbsp water For the crumble: 200g flour 100g butter 50g caster or granulated sugar 30g light brown sugar Pinch of salt Method: Mix the quartered peaches with the sugar, water and cinnamon in an ovenproof dish. Rub the flour, butter and sugar between your fingers until you get an almost sand like texture with little knobbles. Sprinkle this generously over the crumble. Bake for 25-30 minutes at 190c or until golden. Leave to sit for 15 minutes before serving"
