Banana & cinnamon overnight oats 😋 By @wellnesswsandra’s most viral recipe. 🥰 Ingredients: - 40g oats - 1/2 banana - a pinch of cinnamon - 1 tsp maple syrup or honey - 100ml water - 100g of high protein yoghurt Directions: Mix oats, water, 1/2 banana, cinnamon, maple syrup until combined. Microwave for 1min 30sec. Spread yoghurt over the oat layer. Leave in the fridge for 2 hours or overnight. Top with a couple of banana slices and sprikle some cinnamon to serve!
