As I lament losing an hour of sleep today , I strive to open up my hips for this week’s edition of #healingwithpilates 57. The Pilates bridge not only works the posterior chain, but is an excellent lesson in pelvic stability when one limb is lifted at a time. Here I demonstrate basic “marching” as I work to remain completely stable through my center. I visualize quietly setting one heel down as I lift the other.
