Mexican Cheese Dip ~ 1lb white american cheese, 1/2c milk, 1 Tbsp margarine, 2 (4 oz) cans chopped green chilies, 2 tsp cumin, 2 tsp garlic powder, 2 tsp onion powder, cayenne pepper to taste ~ Melt cheese, milk & butter in saucepan over low heat. Stir in green chilies, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder & cayenne pepper to taste. Add more milk if dip is too thick.
