I’m a huge fan of using these popsicle molds for all kinds of treats, but this might be the easiest one yet! Just 1 ingredient and you’ve got super-healthy pops ready to go. In a blender or food processor, blend 2 ¾ cups (about 6 large) extra-ripe bananas with ¼ tsp. cinnamon until smooth. Evenly distribute into a 6-piece mold set, leaving about ½ inch of space at the top. Insert popsicle handles, and freeze until solid, at least 3 hours. MAKES 6 POPSICLES. 92 calories each.
