Lagunitas' Cappuccino Stout - This beer is very much the perfect hybrid of coffee and stout, maybe even a bit too much coffee, but I do like extremes. There is a ton of coffee that really comes through strong throughout the beer and really blends with the rest of the flavors very nicely. I especially like how the coffee really lingers on the tongue for a while.

Italian Coffee - 2 cups whipping cream • 2 oz (60 ml) Galliano liqueur • 4 cups French roast coffee - In mixing bowl, combine whipping cream and Galliano liqueur. Mix until firm and set aside. Pour brewed French roast coffee into 4 heat-proof wine glasses. Top with liqueur mixture. Makes 4 servings.
BAILEYS & KAHLUA ICED COFFEE Ingredients 1 oz Baileys Irish Creme 1 oz Kahlua 4 to 5 oz strong coffee (you can use flavored coffee, vanilla, hazelnut) Directions Fill glass with ice. Fill 3/4 of the glass with coffee. Next, add Baileys and Kahlua, stir. Top with whipped cream and sprinkle with cocoa powder.
