Egyptian Revival mummy coffin- I made in 1997 for the Witches dungeon Horror Museum. I used a reference photo from the Metropolitan Museum of Art as a guide to sculpt the form out of Dow rigid foam, then mixed glue & Spackle to hard coat, burlap for interior, shellac, acrylic paint, poly-acrylic on exterior... and over 100 hours to finish.
