Njanja is about four years old. He was rescued at the age of ten months from a yard in my hometown after an attempt of certain people to put all cats into bags and take them away (and kill them, presumably). A year later I gave him up for adoption and it turned out to be a bad decision, because a person who took him was planning to sell him. After many problems he was returned, sick, terrified and bone skinny. Luckily, he managed to recover completely. He is extremely cuddly and sweet.
Tighten your core with this one exercise! I would rather have a strong core than tight and dysfunctional one. PUSH therapy is probably the only system that teaches how to "strengthen" your core without tension and dysfunction.
